Dinner at the Honey Hole in Capitol Hill

This is what’s left of my Big Smooth sandwich from the Honey Hole. I enjoyed our time at this small restaurant with the Mills, but not so much time with this sandwich. It was alright - the tempeh could have been warmer and softer. Dry. The sandwich was dry. Dry, yet mustardy.
